A bright course of 35 whole years filled with successful songs and emotions is coming to the Andros Open-Air Theatre in an unexpected way. Stefanos Korkolis and his band, consisting of six outstanding musicians, are ready to surprise us by creating new sounds on Korkolis’ numerous timeless hits.
They will perform covers of beloved songs fondly kept in our memory and in our hearts, such as “Thes” (“Do you want?”), “Kapoies fores” (“Sometimes”), “Svise to feggari” (“Erase the moon”), “Den eisai edo” (“You aren’t here”), “Ekato fores kommatia” (“Torn into pieces a thousand times”), “S’ eho eroteftei” (“I’ve fallen in love with you”), as well as Korkolis’ own famous hits such as “Skoni kai thripsala” (“Dust and broken pieces”), “Stous pente anemous” (“Scattered to the four winds”), “To simadi tou skorpiou” (“The scorpion’s mark”), “Agapi parakseni” (“Strange love”), “Kardia mou liono” (“My heart, I’m melting”), “Oi meres tis fotias” (“The days of fire”), “Xwris esena” (“Without you”) in a one of a kind musical journey full of raw emotions.
Korkolis is accompanied by Maria Manousaki, an exceptionally talented performer that he has collaborated very closely with over the years. Manousaki has already achieved two double gold albums featuring works of the famous Greek composer Mikis Theodorakis, who has publicly proclaimed her as “an explosive revelation”.
