August 2015 marks the tenth anniversary of the death of historian Dimitrios I. Polemis, inspirer and leader of Kaireios Library.
To honor his memory Kaireios Library organizes an event at the Open Theater of Chora Andros on Friday, August 21.
The event includes:
– Talk about Dimitrios I. Polemis, from the Academic, Prof. Michalis Tiverios, Vice Chairman, Kaireios Library.
– Screening of a film of George Dampasis, concerning the life and work of Dimitrios I. Polemis.
– Musical evening with the kind participation of Ellina Akimova of the National Opera of Paris and Katerina Polemi.
